This online workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to meet grief with care through Kundalini Yoga. Using breathwork, movement, meditation, and rest, we will explore ways to support emotional release and energetic integration from the safety of your own space.

This is not about fixing grief or forcing healing. It is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and allow what is present to move with compassion.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

This workshop includes:

  • Gentle Kundalini Yoga practices

  • Breathwork to support emotional processing

  • Meditation for grounding and integration

  • Time for rest and reflection

No prior yoga experience is necessary.
