Yoga is an avenue toward deeper self-awareness, the development of witness consciousness and ability to access our inherent inner wisdom. It can be an awakening to ourselves, actualizing our purpose and feeling a blissful enlightened connection with all. Yoga is a way to access the peace and harmony within, rather than seeking fulfillment from without.
Kundalini Yoga is The Yoga of Awareness. It utilizes prana (Ki), mantras, mudras, asanas (postures) and meditation to activate transformation. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the reservoir of untapped kundalini energy is activated and opens up our potential. The energy spreads throughout us and energizes our cells to bring health and vitality. Our nervous system is synchronized, energetic blocks are released, hormones are balanced, attitude is uplifted, and our consciousness is connected with the infinite.
